We provide information on how to fuel the body, identify nutrient rich foods, and cater to individualized needs based on lifestyle, activity, and illnesses. Through workshops, recipe books, meal plans, and outings, we provide our community with a foundation to mindfully and practically fuel the body under any circumstances (whether it’s on-the-go, at home, low budget, high budget, culture, having food sensitivities/dietary restrictions, etc.)
