Our ever-evolving system of exercises is designed to strengthen and heal the body while empowering the spirit. No workout is the same. It is an open, fluid, and multidisciplinary design that builds one’s ability to function on an instinctual level and to navigate physical, mental and emotional obstacles. We accommodate beginner to professional athletic levels. Our methods can be applied to improving performance in a spectrum of sports disciplines. The development of the breath is strongly emphasized for the purpose of strengthening respiratory muscles and cellular respiration, detoxifying, lowering pH, moderating blood pressure, and glucose levels.

SUSTAINABLE FUEL

We promote a quality, balanced, individualized nutrition program that emphasizes eating for function and prevention. We provide information on how to fuel the body, identify nutrient rich foods, and  cater to individualized needs based on lifestyle, activity, and illnesses. Through workshops, recipe books, meal plans, and outings, we provide our community with a foundation to mindfully and practically fuel the body under any circumstances (whether it’s on-the-go, at home, low budget, high budget, culture, having food sensitivities/dietary restrictions, etc.)

EDUCATION

Our curriculum is integrated throughout our programs and geared towards improving physical, spiritual, and cognitive development. Being literate and knowledgeable about the body's systems, how these systems operate, and their relationships to the environment, will better equip each individual to build towards his or her highest potential.
